How long does it take to process my order? |

We process all orders within 1-6 business days, then ship standard & priority domestic orders via USPS:
Standard U.S. shipping takes 2-8 business days;
Priority U.S. shipping takes 1-3 business days;
Express U.S. shipping delivers overnight.

Do you ship internationally? |
Yes we do ship internationally, please refer to the USPS international shipping rates for our international shipping fees.
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.

Are there any limitations on your international shipments? |
Yes, unfortunately items containing liquids cannot be shipped internationally due to certain regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, nail polish, care products, or dye products. Therefore they cannot be shipped internationally.

We accept payment by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards, US card or international card with USD capabilities.
We don’t currently accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Giftcards.

Do you charge sales tax? |
We do not collect sales or use taxes in all states. The calculation of sales tax is based on applicable state and local taxes.
For states imposing sales or use taxes, your purchase is subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Your purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. Many states require purchasers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Details of how to file these returns may be found at the websites of your respective taxing authorities.
If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation. |

Can I return my order in your stores? |
All orders made on sharewith.org are made separately from the *Share with... stores. Therefore, if you want to return or exchange your order, you should return it directly to the website. To do so, feel free to check our return policy. |

What is your return policy? |
All purchases may be returned within [14 days]. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal we deduct [$6] to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card and PayPal account used to make the original purchase.
A *Share with... account is required to create a return. If you already have a *Share with... account, visit the [My Returns] page to start the return process.
If you checked out as a guest and do not have an account, you can create one by clicking the "Register" link in the top right-hand corner of our homepage on desktop. Then, email us at [[email protected]] with your order number, as well as what you'd like to return.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it? |
You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund. Please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. We are available and more than happy to help!
An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return. |

When can I expect my refund? |
For a Domestic order, it may take 4 to 5 business days for your return to reach *Share with... while international orders may take up to 12 business days to reach *Share with... . Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours after reception) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 3 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. |

What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect? |
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact [email protected] with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We’ll take care of you! |

Do your pre-paid labels cover international returns? |
Regrettably, our pre-paid labels do not cover the price for international returns. To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States. |
